I find this app exceedingly user unfriendly. There are no instructions on how to navigate in the app. The YouTube videos I watched on Salted golf insoles showed screens I could never find. I could never find a menu. When I did find a settings button it only took me back to the previous screen. These insoles were a Birthday gift from my son, who is much more techno savey than I am, but he has been ill and unable to help me navigate this app. Very frustrating, because I think these could help
Good product, but there's a bug in the Auto Shutter, it keeps resetting after 1 shot and bring me to Login menu for Android and close program for iOs. The 5sec timer is too short.
Readings just aren't very accurate. Can give an overall picture but wide margin for error needed. Need to update the timers and 'auto'. I've purposely stood on one foot only and it still engages the swing as if I'm in my stance. Have a at least 15 second countdowns so people can get the next ball, get their grip, calmy line up and swing. I always feel rushed. Better yet, create a custom time so each user can set their own time between shots. The recording process needs dramatic improvement.
I have black Salted shoes, the connection worked perfectly before the app upgrades, it will connect once or twice then it will disconnect and reconnect, now the blue light on the shoe keep flashing and won't stop, I've tried connecting using Huawei mate 9 and Galaxy s20 but still does not connect, Edit update: I have now down graded from 2 stars to 1 star, because now they say it needs replacing and I have to buy their insole for further $70+shipping? Complete joke!
Dodgy connection. Keeps disconnecting and won't record my swing correctly on the automated setup. Good idea but the app seems the main source of issue.
Cannot get insoles to connect on both samsung note 8 or samsung note 10....tried to uninstall and reinstall app..still no connection....very frusterating

Connects to my iPad won't connect to my galaxy s10+. Is there a fix or do I have to drag my iPad to the golf course?
